Athletics is an integral part in developing the overall character and skill of the individual athlete. The polishing of Christian character traits is often enhanced by experiences that take place during athletic training and competition. Commitment to a team, perseverance, self-sacrifice, self control, focus, self discipline, sportsmanship, and determination are all wonderful traits that can be taught in the crucible of athletic competition.

MidState Christian Academy is home to the MidState ARCHERS. We believe that team sports offer our students an opportunity to use their athletic abilities to glorify God. Our students are challenged to display Godly character through attitude, perseverance, effort, and teamwork. The ARCHERS love to win, but character is always our first priority.
